We stand by our products and are confident you will love them! We guarantee your satisfaction! If you're not satisfied, you may exchange or return merchandise purchased on GorillaWhips.com for a full refund, less the original shipping charges, within 30 days of the purchase date.  You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the charges to get the product back to us. If your item has been opened or used, restrictions may apply.

If you purchased your Gorilla Whips product through a certified retailer, please follow their return policy for refunds.  If you do not have any luck there, let us help you out!  For up to 60 days, and with proof of purchase, gift receipt or a packing slip from a Gorilla Whips certified retailer, you may exchange an unopened Gorilla Whips product for store credit (only valid on GorillaWhips.com).  You will just have to cover shipping it back to us.  If your item has been opened or used, you are not eligible for an exchange. Please email us at Sales@GorillaWhips.com to initiate a return or exchange.

If you broke it:
If your Gorilla Whips product broke because of something you did, like breaking it during a crazy crash - we have your back! Just tell us what happened (within 90 days of purchase) and based on your story we will hook you up with a product credit you can use on our website.

If it's a manufacturing defect:
It's very unlikely, but if your Gorilla Whips product broke for no apparent reason, then it may be a manufacturer defect. Tell us what happened and if approved we will set you up with 100% product replacement. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Submit a claim:
Send an email to Sales@GorillaWhips.com, tell us your name, what product you have, your order number, and what happened to your Gorilla Whips product. We strongly recommend including video/photos. We will email you back within 5 business days letting you know the status of your claim.
